Celebrity Gossip: Celeb Mary Kate Olsen is Maxfield Shopper in Beverly Hills
Out for a little holiday weekend shopping, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted exiting the Maxfield Boutique in Beverly Hills on Saturday afternoon (May 23).
Followed by a staffer carrying her bags of purchases, the former “Full House” star texted away while walking to her vehicle to carry on with the day’s errands.
And while Mary Kate will be placing her focus on her acting career for the time being, twin sister Ashley will be taking care of the pair’s fashion line “The Row”.
“I’ve been transitioning from acting as a kid to doing something that I’m choosing for myself - to be part of the fashion industry. That’s what I want for my future. It has nothing to do with my past, nothing to do with anyone else’s agenda. And I followed my heart the whole way,” Mary Kate’s sister tells VMan.
“The Row is really something that I’m doing while my sister still wants to focus on acting. She’s my partner in The Row , but she trusts me with the everyday. I mean, I see her like 10 times a day,” she added.

Hollywood Celebrity Mary Kate Olsen Big Red Apple Babe
Enjoying a beautiful day in New York City, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted out and about with her boyfriend Nate Lowman yesterday (May 14).
The adorable twosome looked to be having a marvelous time together, stopping off for a quick coffee break as they strolled through Manhattan.
And of course, Miss Olsen was looking super stylish as she sported a black fedora with a black leather jacket, black top and slim fit jeans.
Later on Mary Kate and her sister Ashley were seen arriving into LAX International Airport, looking quite camera shy as they made their way to a waiting car.

Enjoying life in the Big Apple, Mary Kate Olsen slipped out of her pad to run a few errands in Soho on Wednesday afternoon (May 6).
The former “Full House” star was bundled up in a black jacket, stonewashed black jeans and boots as she hopped into an awaiting car before heading off to take care of the day’s duties.
And while she splits time between NYC and LA, Mary Kate has been an outspoken supporter of life on the east coast.
Talking about what she loves best about Manhattan, Miss Olsen told USA Today, “All the streets are so special here. I live around here. I’m always amazed at how the streets always look different. I’m always blown away.”
The 22-year-old adds, “The other day, I walked down the street and the trees right now, the white trees and the petals everywhere. So beautiful. Hanging out at Battery Park. There’s something magical about New York and the seasons and watching it change.”

Joining her twin sister for a night of fashionable fun, Mary Kate Olsen hit up “The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion” Costume Institute Gala in New York City on Monday (May 4).
Held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the “Full House” hottie showed up clad in Christian Lacroix, sashaying her way through the press line and inside for the night’s festivities.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, the night’s festivities are being hosted by Justin Timberlake, Kate Moss, Marc Jacobs and Anna Wintour.
All for a charitable cause, MK Olsen joins fellow guests including Victoria Beckham, Madonna, Kate Hudson and Jessica Alba, among many others.

Still plugging away at her Tribeca Film Festival jury gig, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted grabbing some breakfast in the neighborhood of Tribeca this morning (April 29).
The “Full House” hottie was joined by her boyfreidn Nate Lowman as she made her way to a nearby restaurant, ignoring the paparazzi as she walked.
And both Mary Kate and Nate looked stylish as they made their morning outing, with Miss Olsen in a long vintage-look sweater dress while Mr. Lowman sported a plaid shirt with jeans and sneakers.
Last night (April 28) Mary Kate was spotted at the H&M launch of the Matthew Williamson 2009 Spring line aboard The Majesty, looking hot in a black dress with a violet jacket.

She’s always had a taste for fashion and last night (April 28) Mary Kate Olsen was spotted checking out the launch of Matthew Williamson for H&M Spring 2009 collection.
The “Wackness” woman looked fantastic as she posed for the paparazzi outside The Majesty, sporting a violet jacket overtop a black belted mini with black strappy heels.
And in a recent interview, Miss Olson confessed that while she’s a fanatic for hip ensembles, she only recently started paying more attention to what designers she wears.
“I’ve done more dressing up and had more label awareness in this past year than ever. I’ve always been a thrift-shop girl, make it myself. I mostly spend my time in jeans and pajamas. But it’s been a heck of a fun year, finding out about names like Chanel.”

Getting in a little exercise on what was a beautiful day, Mary Kate Olsen and boyfriend Nate Lowman were spotted taking a bike ride around the East Village of New York City on Sunday (April 26).
The former “Full House” star and her beau looked very much in love as they stopped by a cafe and clothing store before riding back to their apartment.
Mary-Kate has been busy as of late, as she’s acting as a juror at the Tribeca Film Festival, which runs through May 3rd.
Talking to press at the event, Miss Olsen was asked what she likes about the Big Apple, telling, “All the streets are so special here. I live around here. I’m always amazed at how the streets always look different. Taking a break from her jury duty at the Tribeca Film Festival, Mary Kate Olsen was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday (April 24).
The “Wackness” hottie looked cute and casual in a springy floral dress with massive platform sandals as she meandered around Manhattan.
Of her position on the jury for this year’s festival, Miss Olsen sounds like she’s having a great time, despite the fact that she feels a bit overwhelmed.
At Thursday night’s Chanel Artists dinner, she told press, “I wish there was a class. It’s a huge honor to be a part of it. I’ve been watching the movies. I just started, so I don’t know what we do or what’s going to happen. This is the first night, really. I got my pamphlet this morning. I already watched all the shorts and am going to re-watch them. This is fun.”
