Celebrity Gossip: Celeb Adam Lambert Boyfriend Bliss
Enjoying a fun-filled evening, Adam Lambert was spotted making his exit from the Guys and Dolls nightclub in West Hollywood last night (June 1).
The “American Idol” runner-up was holding hands with his boyfriend, Drake LaBry, in a declaration of his much-speculated homosexuality.
Earlier in the week, Adam’s mom Leila Lambert was reticent to talk about her son’s sexuality during a phone interview with E!.
She explained, “I would rather not answer until it comes out,” noting that she signed a contract with Idol forbidding her to discuss Adam’s personal life. It is rumored that Lambert will officially come out to Rolling Stone in the next issue.

Celeb Kara DioGuardi Feels that Adam Lambert’s a Gay

Funny Gossip: Celeb Kara DioGuardi Feels that Adam Lambert’s a Gay
American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi doesn’t mind telling it like it is when it comes to Adam Lambert, the runner up, and his sexuality.
“I don’t think that Adam was ever in [the closet],” she told The View. “I think he was always openly out.”
Barbara Walters stirred up the conversation when she brought up if Lambert’s speculations on his sexuality could have influenced the votes. Lambert, who wears eyeliner, nail polish, tight pants and is known for his perfect rocker hair, has been photographed kissing other men.
Answering Walters’ question, DioGuardi said, “I hope not. Because we should be judging on talent and viability in the music industry, and they both had that.”
Meanwhile, Lambert has said that people who are concerned about his preferences toward a man or a woman need to “calm down.” The most important thing to him is that he is being true to himself.
“You should own who you are and what you’re about, and never make apologies for it,” he said.

Celeb Adam Lambert Rocks the “Early Show” at CBS

Celebrity Gossip: Celeb Adam Lambert Rocks the “Early Show” at CBS
The Season 8 runner-up looked like a true rock star as he performed his set, sporting a white jacket overtop a grey screenprinted shirt with distressed jeans and his signature spiky black hair.
In related news, it sounds like Adam’s collaboration with the members of Queen may afford him a very exciting opportunity- guitarist Brian May told Rolling Stone that they are considering having him join the band.
May explained, “Amongst all that furor, there wasn’t really a quiet moment to talk. But [drummer Roger Taylor] and I are definitely hoping to have a meaningful conversation with him at some point. It’s not like we, as Queen, would rush into coalescing with another singer just like that. It isn’t that easy. But I’d certainly like to work with Adam. That is one amazing instrument he has there.”

Hollywood Gossip: Adam Lambert is Gracious in Defeat
“I felt so good. I got to sing with Queen and KISS! First or second, it doesn’t matter to me; I got to sing with two great heroic rock bands,” Lambert told press.
With 100 million votes, it was a record breaking number that announced Kris Allen as the Season 8 winner.
“I knew it was going to be a close race,” Lambert said to his 23-year-old Arkansas native opponent. “I think Kris is incredibly talented and he’s a good person, so to me it was like, we know it’s going to be close; whatever happens, happens. We’ve made it this far, got to do a really cool finale and we’re both going to get to do great things now in the future.”
Adding to his eventful night, Adam says, “For me, it’s not really about what happens tonight. It’s about tomorrow. It’s about next .”
Meanwhile, Lambert won’t be taking any breaks in between his singing. “I know that we’re going to start working on some music right away, and that’s what I can’t wait to do-collaborate, to write, to co-write and create visuals that go along with the music too. I think that’s going to be really exciting.”

Kara DioGuardi Bests Bikini Girl on Idol Finale
Thursday, May 21, 2009
Hollywood Event Gossip: Kara DioGuardi Bests Bikini Girl on Idol Finale
We all remember the “American Idol” season 8 auditions when Katrina “Bikini Girl” Darrell openly insulted judge Kara DioGuardi. And last night Kara got her revenge.
Ryan Seacrest gave Darrell a second chance to sing Mariah Carey’s “Vision of Love” (after pointing out her new breast implants) and things seemed pretty tame until the 2nd verse when DioGuardi came out and completely blew Katrina away with her killer voice.
And to add insult to injury, Kara popped open her dress at the close of the song to reveal her rock hard abs and a black bikini. Katrina was noticeably flustered throughout the whole ordeal.
Prior to the show, Miss Darrell told FOX Pop Tarts, “I tried to smooth things over, but I still think she has some animosity towards me. I don’t know why, I don’t hate her, I think she’s pretty and a good songwriter, and we could have been friends. I was the one who reached out to her last time so now it’s her turn.” Looks like Kara got the last laugh.

Kris Allen Wins “American Idol” Latest Season 8
Hollywood Gossip: Kris Allen Wins “American Idol” Latest Season 8
It was truly a night to remember as “American Idol” wrapped up Season 8 with a plethora of amazing performances before announcing Kris Allen as the big winner.
And of course when it came time for him to give an acceptance speech, Allen struggled to find words. “Adam deserves this. I’m sorry, I don’t even know what to feel right now. This is crazy!”
It seems Kris’ take on Kanye West’s “Heartless” on last week’s show made all the difference for the 23-year-old business school student. Following his performance Simon Cowell gushed, “I had literally written you out of this competition. That, however, has all changed after that performance.”
The night was chock full of special guests like Black Eyed Peas, Cyndi Lauper, Queen Latifah, Lionel Richie, Carlos Santana, Rod Stewart, and KISS.

Sad Gossip: David Cook’s Brother Passes Away From Cancer
Adam Cook battled cancer for over a decade and finally succumbed to the disease on Saturday. The very next day, the “Light On” singer was at the 12th Annual Race For Hope 5K in Washington DC to announce the news.
Cook told the crowd, “I actually lost my brother yesterday to a brain tumor, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else right now.”
David served as grand marshal of the event and also ran with a team that raised just shy of $100,000 for brain cancer research. He said, “I don’t run normally, but it seems a small sacrifice compared to what those who have fought cancer have endured. And the fact that my fans have rallied to raise so much in donations is the biggest compliment.”
Simon Cowell offered his condolences, saying, “I was incredibly saddened to hear the news. I met Adam Cook a few times at American Idol. He was an incredible guy, and right now my thoughts are with David and his family.”
