Celebrity Gossip: Celeb Lauren Conrad Wigs Up for Haper’s Bazaar
Out for a photo session, Lauren Conrad sported a sexy bob hairdo as she ventured out for a Harper’s Bazaar shoot in West Hollywood on Friday (June 12).
During the course of her outing, The MTV reality starlet dropped by the local Marc Joacobs store, picking up a few items before continuing about with the day’s business.
Meanwhile, LC recently weighed in on the big split between Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt, telling, “I didn’t know that! I thought they were a good match.”
Talking about the rumors that the pair were to wed, Miss Conrad said, “She was going to marry a lot of people. But he had fun. That’s all that matters.”
As for Doug, LC adds, “[We] dated my senior year of high school,” Conrad recalled of the relationship. “He moved back and then it was like, ‘Oh, we’ll pick up where we left off’... for a couple of weeks.’ “

Celebrity Gossip: Celeb Lauren Conrad Eyes Return to TV
After coming off a well deserved and much needed break from reality TV, Lauren Conrad may not be done with television after all.
The “Hills” beauty says that one of her goals is to get her book, “L.A. Candy,” on the small screen eventually. She says, “We’re going to start working on that when I get back from my book tour.”
She’s also not giving up her fashion collection, explaining, “I have my line at Kohl’s but I’m also working on putting back together my original line. I want to change it up, working on a new name…”
When asked whether she will tune into the first “Hills” show with Kristen Cavallari in her place, LC simply replied, “I probably won’t watch it. I’m not a huge TV person.”

Taking a night off from her usual busy schedule, Lauren Conrad was spotted attending the Los Angeles Lakers basketball game last night (June 4).
Joined by boyfriend Kyle Howard, the “Hills” hottie looked lovely as she strolled past the paparazzi and entered the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.
Miss Conrad looked springtime sexy in a blue-black-and-white flower-printed blouse teamed with a pair of slim-fit black trousers and strappy black heels.
Earlier in the day, LC popped out, as she was spotted carrying a shopping bag after taking time out for a spot of retail therapy at Madison on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.

With her final appearance on “The Hills” having just aired on Sunday night, Lauren Conrad has issued a big thank you to her loyal followers via her personal blog.
The MTV reality starlet writes: “Last night was my last episode of The Hills. It was a bittersweet night for me. A part of me is sad to say goodbye to something that has been such a prominent part of my life, but I know that it was time and I am very happy with my decision.
Continuing on to show her appreciation for her fans, LC adds: “I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has watched and supported me over the years. While putting my personal relationships and struggles on television wasn’t always easy, the support I received from people made such a difference. Because of all of you, I was able to accomplish so many aspirations and for that I am very grateful. So, THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! I have some interesting projects in the works and I will keep you all updated.”
Giving her former co-stars a show of support, Miss Conrad finished by saying, “From what I’ve heard the next season will not disappoint.”

Fresh on the heels of “The Hills” season finale, Lauren Conrad arrived at the 2009 MTV movie Awards looking lovely as always.
The SoCal cutie was the center of attention as she meandered around the arrivals area at the Gibson Amphitheatre sporting a gorgeous red and navy floral print sleeveless dress along with a pair of black open-toed lace-up heels.
And while Miss Conrad was playing it cool, there is plenty to be excited about at tonight’s event, as Eminem is returning to the stage for a killer performance.
In addition, SNL funnyman Andy Samberg is manning the microphone as the host of the evening, so there’s no telling what may happen.

Fitting in a little quality time with her man, Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard were spotted out shopping in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (May 30).
The MTV reality starlet and her beau ended up dropping by Burton US on Melrose, checking out the selection of surfing shorts before deciding on a pair.
Meanwhile, Miss Conrad will be making her final appearance on the Season 5 finale of “The Hills” - which airs on MTV at 8pm, just ahead of the 2009 MTV Movie Awards.
Talking about being done with the world of reality television, LC told press: “I won’t miss the filming process, I don’t miss it at all. The wires, there’s no lights in my house, no mic packs and tape stuck to my clothes.”
And though she’s happy to be finished up, Lauren has no regrets about her career path. “In the moment there were times that I was like I don’t want to do this, I need to do this on my own. But now that it’s all said and done, I’m happy I did it.”

She’s definitely no stranger to glitz, glam and red carpet, but Lauren Conrad admits she likes it best when she’s in sweats and with her beau, Kyle Howard.
The “Hills” cutie met up with Cosmopolitan magazine recently and explained that, “I feel sexiest with him when I’m in sweatpants and no makeup.” The cute couple has been dating now for about nine months.
Of LC’s relationship with the actor, best friend Lo Bosworth says, “They are really good together. Sometimes it takes somebody who treats you right to show you there’s something else out there.”

She’s no stranger to a jet-setting lifestyle, and yesterday (May 25) Lauren Conrad was spotted up in Toronto, Canada for a promotional appearance.
The brunette beauty was in town to film a segment on “The Hills After Show” for MTV Canada, greeting fans and smiling for the paparazzi.
In related news, it seems Miss Conrad has given her stamp of approval for gal pal Audrina Patridge’s new Trekkie hunk Chris Pine.
She told press, “He is a really cute guy and I’m happy for her.” When asked if she thinks they make a cute couple, Lauren simply replied, “Sure.”

Enjoying time together out on the town, Lauren Conrad and boyfriend Kyle Howard ventured out My House nightclub in West Hollywood on Wednesday night (May 21).
The club outing comes as the MTV reality starlet is making her transition away from “The Hills” - with her debut novel “L.A. Candy” to hit booksheleves in the States next month.
Recently releasing an excerpt via Teen Vogue, LC tells, “Some of the characters may symbolize people in my life. But it is in no way calling anyone out.”
With a character named Jane being followed to events by TV crews, the excerpt reads: “She’d spent most of the morning running errands for Fiona. They had intercepted her in the parking lot, miked her, and filmed her getting out of her car and walking to the lobby of the building. Five times. ... ‘Hi, Jane. Fiona wants to see you in her office right away,’ [Naomi] whispered. Jane felt her blood freeze. Fiona never called Jane into her office unless she was in trouble. ... Jane’s jaw dropped. Was she serious? Fiona was offering her ... a promotion?”

Making for quite the star-studded affair, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s weekend wedding drew out quite the guest list on Saturday afternoon (April 25).
Although she said that she wouldn’t be attending, Lauren Conrad was on-hand to congratulate the couple, as well as her “Hills” co-star Audrina Patridge.
Also spotted at Westminster Presbyterian Church were cute couple Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole, who both looked their usual sexy selves.
Last but not least, former Laguna Beach babe Kristin Cavallari showed up to wish the couple well, watching on as Holly Montag and Stephanie Pratt led Heidi and Spencer out of the chapel.
Taking to her Twitter to document the day, Miss Montag wrote: “This is going to be the best day of my life. Thank you God for Spencer.”

Out promoting their hit MTV reality series, the stars of “The Hills” were front and center at the ArcLight Cinemas as part of PaleyFest09 in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 21).
Joining in on the fun were Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, Whitney Port, Stephanie Pratt and Lauren Bosworth, as well as the always-hunky Brody Jenner.
Among the highlights of the night’s Q & A session was a big spoiler, as Miss Conrad confirmed that Spencer admits to instigating the sex tape scandal.
“We actually have it on tape,” LC tells. “He takes responsibility and apologizes for it.”
Getting a little love from the audience, one fan told the gathered cast members: “I feel like I know you all so well. I keep looking at you and feeling like you’re going to recognize me.”

She may be one of the most famous Reality TV personalities, but when it comes to actual acting Lauren Conrad says she isn’t a natural.
The “Hills” hottie recently told press that she enlisted the help of an acting coach to help her get ready for her guest starring role on “Family Guy.”
“I hired and acting coach for the day to get me through it because a lot of the lines later on in the episode that I did are very complicated. There are a lot of facts and big words, and I had to say it as if it was coming to me very easily the lines ahead of time, instead of just reading them. I actually had to research some of them!”
And LC was grateful for the extra help. “My coach that I was working with told me if I really understood what I was talking about, it would come through a little more true.”
