Sporting denim hotpants and a long plaid shirt, Vanessa Hudgens headed out shopping at the Diesel store in West Hollywood on Tuesday (April 21).
The “High School Musical” hottie looked in high spirits, ready to drop a little cash following the big announcement that she’s lined up a new role.
As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Miss Hudgens agreed to star in a new film titled “Beastly,” which is said to be a modern-day take on “Beauty and the Beast.”
According to a report, the film (set to begin filming this summer) will be set in Manhattan and will involve a handsome rich kid with a mean streak as the Beast.
The Beast character ends up ditching a date who ends up being a witch, and the disgruntled girl casts a spell on him, turning him into everything he hates. He must then find true love to break the spell.
