Out promoting her upcoming flick, Vanessa Hudgens was front and center at a “Bandslam” event held at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on Friday (May 15).

The “High School Musical” hottie joined costars Aly Michalka and Gaelan Connell, with the group posing on the red carpet for photogs covering the event.

As for the film, Miss Hudgens told press: “My character is a lot more darker, more introverted [than Gabriella in High School Musical].”

The Disney starlet added, “She’s very deadpan throughout the whole thing. [She spells her name] S-A-5-M and the 5 is silent. She’s cool like that, it’s how she rolls.”
