Enjoying a little family time, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson paid a visit to the Children’s Museum of Manhattan in New York City on Thursday afternoon (May 21).

The cute couple toted around their young son, Bronx, as the Fall Out Boy bassist took on stroller duties to give his “Pieces of Me” singing wife a break from carrying their bundle of joy around town.

Meanwhile, Pete has been busy on his Twitter account, as per the usual, now trying to get backing for a new beverage idea.

He tweets: “Just came up with idea to patent soda that recarbonates itself after 24 hours. any lazy coke drinkers out there wanna throw in some capital?”

Seemingly not getting the response he expected, Wentz then wrote: “Ok not the idea just the idea to patent it. Still need that capital investment tho to hire some scientist to get the idea,” continuing, “Ok terrible idea. But a good drink one: half red wine half white wine glass- with a sliding lid like nerds. Party inventions!”

As previously reported, the couple have been in NYC as Ashlee attended the CW Upfront vent at Madison Square Garden on behalf of “Melrose Place” earlier in the day.
