Taking his new romance public, Mel Gibson hit the red carpet alongside his lady, Oksana Grigorieva, at at the Los Angeles screening for “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.”

Clad in a black suit with a grey shirt, the “Lethal Weapon” stud walked hand-in-hand down the red carpet with his 39-year-old Russian signer girlfriend.

“Mel has been single for almost three years and it’s nice to see him getting out and enjoying himself,” Mel’s rep told People magazine of the outing.

Another attendee told of the scene: “They came in quietly and as under the radar as they could and they were pretty low-key,. Mel seemed very comfortable.”
